Visitor numbers for 2022 set a record

25 November 2022

Here are some good news at the end of this year! Visitor numbers for 2022 set a record!

After all the visitor numbers for October have been registered, we have now rounded 250,000 visits to Museum Nord! That’s a new record! The previous record was in 2019 with 243,906 for the entire year. In 2022 through October, the number of visitors is 250,219. This includes both paying and free visitors.

The Norwegian Fishing Village Museum and Andøy Museum are also among some of our museums that have had record high visitor numbers this summer, and we are proud of this. We see a growing community and visitors who want to learn more about our history and cultural heritage. We are looking forward to a new year and hope to see as many visitors again.

Have a good weekend and an amazing Desember.

Greetings from us at Museum Nord.
