Creative Exhibition Workshop

05 May 2023

SKREI’s exhibition group met this week for a creative workshop in Storvågan to continue working on a selection of objects and key people for the exhibition concept.

The group consists of employees from Museum Nord and the exhibition designers Expology, who have worked together for almost a year. Usually, the meetings take place digitally, which is why it is extra rewarding when once in a while you get to meet and work creatively in the same room!

Despite the biting spring weather, Lofoten showed itself to its best advantage, and was a great inspiration for the work on exhibition development. The workshop took place in SKREI’s new project offices, which lie right next to the building site where the new building the Otolith will be located.

PS: Congratulations to Exology who recently won the award for exhibition of the year 2022 for Spårvägsmuseet’s “Tilsammans på vatten, vägar och spår”!
