Cozy Christmas market at the museum in Bø

08 December 2023

On the first Saturday in Advent, Bø Museum‘s traditional Christmas market took place. In the museum’s living rooms we had many exciting sales exhibitors with different goods, ranging from woodturning to lefser. There were a lot of people stopping by during the day and we got a lot of positive feedback. The blood pancakes were also liked by many.

In the old sheriff’s office we had a Christmas workshop for children and it was well attended. Creativity flourished as you can see. Fortunately, we were able to make new decorations for the museum’s own Christmas tree.

The weather was on our side that day, although there was no time to take a picture of it. This photo is from the day before. There is a lot of beautiful light during the polar night.
