When the international climate conference Gaia Arctic Summit takes place in Vesterålen in June, it will be with distinguished speakers on stage. About Gaia Arctic Summit and the organizer

The conference is part of the EU project RESIST, in which Andfjord Salmon and the Vesterål Council are also partners. In addition, Deadline, Arena Storheia and SINTEF are partners. The international conference is expected to attract up to 450 guests from Norway and Europe. Museum Nord/Gaia Vesterålen is the main organizer behind the Gaia Arctic Summit. Gaia Arctic Summit will take place for the first time at Kulturfabrikken Sortland 6-7 June 2024. The host is Haddy Njie.
