The museums and libraries in Ballangen, Kjøpsvik and Narvik invite you to a lecture tour with Arne Håkon Thomassen from the Sami Parliament!

The European route of Ligthouses was established last year with the Norwegian Coastal Administration Museum as one of the driving forces. The purpose is to establish a European cultural trail for lighthouses, which will promote the preservation and sharing of lighthouse history along Europe’s coastlines. In addition, efforts are made to inspire people to exciting experiences and journeys across national borders. 4 Norwegian lighthouses are involved, among them is Andenes lighthouse!
