Gathering for Fisheries and Coastal History at Stokmarknes

Last week, an exciting gathering for fisheries and coastal history was arranged at Stokmarknes, where the Hurtigruten Museum had the honour of hosting. The participants got to experience inspiring presentations about the importance of fisheries and coastal culture, and it became an excellent arena for good conversations and networking between professionals and enthusiasts in the field.

The event brought together a diverse group of experts from different parts of coastal Norway, all of whom share a passion for our maritime history. The discussions that took place, and the shared experiences, provided valuable input for the further development of fisheries and coast-related projects.
