This week there have been three Christmas workshops in Ofoten: One in Ballangen, one in Kjøpsvik and one in Narvik. The museums in Ballangen and Kjøpsvik arranged their Christmas workshops in collaboration with the local libraries.
Many creative little ones (and some big ones!) went to the Christmas workshops for a cozy time that resulted in many nice Christmas cards, elves, snowmen, Christmas baskets and other Christmas decorations!
The first Christmas workshop this week was arranged on Monday by Ballangen Museum at Ballangen library, in collaboration with the library. On Tuesday, Kjøpsvik Museum arranged a Christmas workshop in collaboration with Kjøpsvik Library and Cultural Centre on their premises.
The last Christmas market of the week took place at Narvik Museum, where a very long toilet paper roll Santa was made! Maybe it’s a record?
Ballangen Museum, Kjøpsvik Museum and Narvik Museum thank you for all young and old who came and made Christmas decorations at the Christmas workshops!
