This year’s Lofoten Conference dealt with emergency preparedness, and sustainability by securing nature, people and industries for the future. Under the theme “research-based innovation”, we presented the Horizon Europe project “CONVIVIUM” and “Sustainability and preparedness through hospitality”.
We placed particular emphasis on operational activities and results in complex project descriptions to show the Lofoten community how we who work with research can utilise, channel and process knowledge for the benefit of our communities. The audience got a taste of a direct work that takes place in Convivium, the UNESCO application for Stockfish from Lofoten that is carried out by LoVe Development in collaboration with Museum Nord and OsloMet.
