Ready for a sneak peek at SKREI‘s new main exhibition?
The exhibition is called “With the Sea” and follows the migrating cod’s journey from the Barents Sea through history and up to our own time. It is a story about the cod, humans and how we live both off and with the sea
SKREI opens its doors to the public on Tuesday 30 June at 10.00. After that, we are open 10.00-18.00 every day throughout the summer.
The official opening will not be until September, but now we are very much looking forward to starting to receive visitors and show how nice it has become!
PS! We recommend an annual pass if you live in Lofoten or will visit SKREI more than once during the year. The annual pass is available for both individuals and families (2 adults + up to 3 children), and gives free admission to all four venues of SKREI: The Otolith, the Lofoten Aquarium, the Lofoten Museum and the Espolin Gallery.
