A historical food experience in a preserved, traditional fishing village.
The baking season starts on 01.06.2025 at the bakery in Å. What could be better than a handmade cinnamon roll baked in a 150-year-old wood-fired oven? The bakery was built and established by the Ellingsen family. The fishermen bought fresh bread and other baked goods from the bakery during the Lofoten fishing season.
Enjoy the baked goods with a cup of coffee in an old fishing village in beautiful Lofoten!
