Experience Day: Seaweed in Practice

How can seaweed be used in practice – as food, material, and inspiration?
As a continuation of the lecture the Thursday before, we invite you to a day where knowledge moves from words to action. Here, you will meet the researchers behind the SEARCH and MARGAIN projects in a more practical setting, with activity and demonstration throughout the day.
The day offers a varied program with both learning and experiences for all ages. There will be an activity for children, and a hands-on demonstration with a cooking session where seaweed take center stage.
Throughout the day, you will be able to see and smell how ocean resources can be used in different ways, rooted in tradition and relevant for the future.
