Halloviking 2025

Saturday, October 25th, Lofotr Viking Museum invites you to a spooky and exciting day in the Chieftain’s House at Borg! Get ready for a Halloween experience with a Viking twist, where everyone can join in on adventure and fun.

Wandering Adventure: The Binding of Fenrir
Three times during the day, children can take part in an interactive walking theater performance, becoming part of the story of the god Tyr, the dark dwarf, and the fearsome wolf Fenrir. Along the way, they will face riddles, scary moments, and challenges they must solve to help the gods.

Each performance lasts about 30 minutes, and spots are limited. We recommend booking tickets for your preferred time slot. Click here to book tickets.

After the show
The adventure continues with more cozy activities. Children can try kolrosing, an ancient Viking technique of decorating wood by carving patterns and filling them with color. We also serve blueberry juice, a little boost of strength after the battle with Fenrir.

Practical information
– Best suited for children aged 6–12.
– Costumes are encouraged! Both Viking-inspired and Halloween-themed outfits are welcome.
– Activities are included in the regular entrance ticket. Free admission with annual pass.
