Mining camp at Ballangen Museum

Welcome to Mining Camp 2024 at Ballangen Museum!

Mining camp at Ballangen Museum has become a great summer tradition, where we explore how to run a mine.

We have brought out some contemporary outdoor activities and games for the whole family. Join the exploration and sorting of minerals, both in the historical way and in the modern way.

There will also be a guided tour inside the museum and you can see the new model of the Laundry of Bjørkaasen Gruber and the exhibition around it.

Family event price: NOK 100 per family.

Mining camp at Ballangen Museum is part of the Arctic Kids concept
