A few years ago, Steinar received a seed that had been found on a beach on the outer side of Vesterålen. It looked like a rock, the size of a matchbox, heart-shaped and good to hold. He was told that it had come with the Gulf Stream from America and was called a stone of redemption?
This was the start of an exciting search for the stories of this seed from the rainforests of Central America. It led to an exciting journey to Iceland and Costa Rica, to Norse mythology, Charles Darwin and women giving birth in Lofoten and Vesterålen.
