

Bø Museum
The museum is located in beautiful natural surroundings by the seaside, Vinjesjøen. Visit Parkvoll, formerly the bailiff´s residence, where you will find special emphasis to the female author Regine Normann. Regine Normann is well known for her work with both fairytales and novels. Let the children visit the fairytale forest, see the fisherman cabin (rorbu) and boathouse. Visit Artscape Nordland outdoor gallery and the impressive sculpture “The man from the sea”. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the museum gift shop that offers books and locally produced craftswork. New exhibitions every summer.
