Product information and pricing
The various products sold are described where they are made available for sale. All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner. Ticket price includes VAT. The total cost of the purchase will be stated before the transaction is completed and include all costs associated with the purchase such as fees and any delivery costs. If the bank charges a fee for card use, this will be in addition.

Dispatch of orders and delivery
Once you have paid for your ticket or membership, you will be sent back to our website where a summary of your booking will be available. You will also receive an email with a receipt and attached ticket or membership in PDF format. This is your proof of purchase that you must bring and present at the entrance to the arena you are going to visit.
You are responsible for ensuring that correct and effective contact information is provided. If the e-mail is not received within the expected time, you are requested to check your spam filter, box for junk e-mail and/or contact Museum Nord by e-mail or phone.
Personal data
Museum Nord processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Information that can be linked to you as a person will never be made available to other companies or be linked to other external registers. By providing your personal information, you give your consent for us to use your information to deliver the services you expect and that we can send you information related to your purchase. After your visit, personal information may be used to send you a survey. Your information will only be used for this purpose, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
Card information
When you shop at Museum Nord, the payment is processed by Stripe/vipps, which is a secure electronic payment solution for Visa and Mastercard/Eurocard. All information is stored in accordance with the card companies’ regulations.
Terms and conditions for purchasing an annual pass
Annual passes are personal and only apply to the person who is registered as the holder at the time of purchase. The card cannot be lent out, transferred or used by others. During inspections, the holder may be asked to present valid identification. Misuse of the annual pass, including lending or transferring to other persons, may result in the annual pass being blocked or confiscated without refund.
The Family Annual Pass is only valid for the registered persons in the household and covers up to 2 adults and 3 children. The card is personal to the registered members and cannot be transferred to or used by other persons. In case of misuse, we reserve the right to block or revoke the Family Annual Pass without refund.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for purchasing the right product in the right quantity, providing the correct contact information, paying on time, and keeping the attached pdf document. In the event of any defects in the services, you are obliged to complain within a reasonable time.
Complaints and right of withdrawal
It is important that you make sure that you have selected the correct products before confirming your reservation. We cannot refund tickets that have already been purchased or exchange these for other tickets.
