Digitization project with the National Library

In collaboration with the National Library of Norway, Museum Nord is in the process of digitizing audio and video cassettes.

Summertime in Storvågan. The Lofoten Aquarium is open daily from 10:00 to 18:00. At 12 and 16 the seals and otters are feed.
You can also participate in feeding salmon and daily film screenings in the cinema. New to this season is the film “Havdansen”, a film about the cod and the Lofoten fishery. Welcome on a summer visit to Storvågan!
