Lecture tour in Ofoten

The museums and libraries in Ballangen, Kjøpsvik and Narvik invite you to a lecture tour with Arne Håkon Thomassen from the Sami Parliament!

On 24-25 July, the Huinndagan festival will be held in Alsvåg, and on that occasion it affects Øksnes museum‘s offers and opening hours throughout week 30.
The parking space outside the museum is limited and partially closed. There can also be a lot of activity in the area. We ask guests who are going to visit the museum to use the parking lot up by the shop (Alsvågveien 769), possibly by the school.

Monday 20.7: CLOSED.
Tuesday 21.7: Open 11-16. Limited parking.
Wednesday 22.7: Open 11-16. Limited parking.
Thursday 23.7: Open 11-16. Limited parking.
Friday 24.7: CLOSED.
Saturday 25.7: Free family event, open 10:30-13:30 with free admission to the exhibition. No café or guided tour. See Huinndagan Family Event for the program.
