Autumn Holidays at Lofotr Vikingmuseum!

The autumn holidays continue at Borg! The Vikings in the Chieftain’s House invite you to activities, storytelling and crafts for the whole family.

On Wednesday 7 October and Saturday 10 October, you can join various activities and experience the autumn holiday atmosphere in the Chieftain’s House.

Program Wednesday 7 October:

Make your own bookmark in leather – In the residential part of the Chieftain’s House, you can make your own bookmark in leather. Choose your own expression and make a bookmark you can take home with you.

Music in the feast hall – In the feast hall, the day is filled with music. Enjoy the atmosphere while the Vikings play music.

Program Saturday 10 October:

Plant dyeing and colours in the Viking Age – In the feast hall you can see how the Vikings could use plants to make colours. Join a craft demonstration and get to know colours and textiles in the Viking Age a little better.

Storytelling and simple games – In the residential part of the Chieftain’s House, young and old are invited to storytelling and simple games inspired by the Viking Age!

The activities during the autumn holidays are included in the regular entrance ticket. If you have an annual pass, it is free!
